Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled appointment. All appointments have a 10 minute grace period after your grace period had ended a $5 late fee will be added onto your appointment! After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled! All appointments require a $15 deposit upon booking. The deposit will be put towards your service fee! No deposit means No appointment! If you No call no show you will be blocked from booking.
